How it works

A clinician pressing a patient's foot into a foam impression box
  1. You prescribe

Assess the patient, take a scan or cast and place the order in the portal.

  2. We make the pair

We make a model from the capture, form the shell over it and finish the pair by hand.

  3. You fit the patient

The finished pair comes to your clinic, ready to fit.

Materials and modifications

Specify any of these on the order.

  • Shells

2, 3 or 4 mm thick, with a deep (20 mm), medium (15 mm), shallow (5 mm) or high heel/fashion heel cup.

  • Made by hand

Every shell is made by hand over a model of the foot, then trimmed and finished by hand.

  • Shell modifications

1st ray and 1st met cut-outs, medial and lateral flanges, Morton's and reverse Morton's extensions, and lateral clips.

  • Soft additions

Metatarsal pads, bars and raises, arch pads, heel cushions, horseshoe pads and more, set for each foot.

  • Top covers

Leather, vinyl, Spenco, Plastazote, X-Static and more, with 1/16" or 1/8" cushioning, full length or to the sulcus.

  • Adjustments and repairs

We adjust, re-cover and refurbish pairs we've made.

Questions from clinics

How do I place an order?

Open an account first. Once it’s set up, you log in to the portal, fill in the prescription and send us the capture.

Which scans and casts do you accept?

3D LiDAR/TrueDepth scans, 3D laser scans, foam box impressions and plaster slipper casts.

How do I get casts to you?

Drop off foam boxes and slipper casts at the lab or ship them to us. We can also pick them up for a fee.

When does the 7 business days start?

When we have everything for the order: the prescription and the scan or cast.

What can I prescribe?

The orthotic type, shell thickness and heel cup, shell modifications, soft additions such as metatarsal pads, and the top cover, cushioning and length. See Materials and modifications above.

What if a pair needs adjusting?

Send it back within 30 days of the patient receiving it and we rework it at no cost. After that, we can still adjust or re-cover pairs we’ve made.

Do you take orders from patients?

No. We only work with practitioners and clinics. When patients contact us, we send them back to their practitioner.

Can I sell the orthotics under my clinic’s name?

Yes. We make white label orthotics that you can offer under your own brand. Call or email us for the details.
